As a subcontractor for Parker Properties, I handle all aspect of their real estate sales file management. I manage all details in every file from disclosures to contracts to ensure that all documents are correct, executed by all parties and stored for future use. By providing my services, it allows Parker Properties' agents more time to focus on the joys and challenges of assisting clients in buying and selling real estate. I am licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors. Over the past few years I have completed various real estate courses and have always been very passionate about it. I am bilingual and can speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.
I have been in the Customer Service industry since 1995. Prior to becoming a transaction coordinator I was a district operations manager in the health club industry. 10 years of operations management knowledge has provided me with incomparable management and organizational skills. I found my calling in real estate in 2004 and have used my operations background to excel in file management and agent support. I have taken my knowledge of contracts and transactions to new level of proficiency. I am a very resourceful, professional, and I am always up to date on current DRE regulations. I take the time to understand all of my agent's needs, expectations, goals and I go above and beyond to ensure their continued success.
Personal Information
I was born and raised in Southern California and have lived in the San Diego area for over 25 years. I enjoy running and biking on the beaches as well as hanging out with my animals. I also like to volunteer my time to help with fundraisers for non-profit organizations.
